Last weeks gigs - what a thrill!
I have finally been able to sit down at the computer to write about the happenings of the last week....
Our 1st Gig in Gore on the 7th was great. Thanks to the Southern Sound Foundry for organizing a great night.
There were some other great bands as well...was impressed by Lisa Parish's voice and her band Perc.There was quite a good turn out too... good on you Gore!
And then on Saturday the Isis Lounge was packed, for our joint gig with 'The hand of Every man' . Thanks so much to everyone who came down.
I must say, performing songs that you have written and getting a good response...is such a wonderful feeling! I kind of feel like I am taking a step forward. And am finding myself so comfortable performing them. I must also say that I am so fortunate to have the musicians I do behind me, they are so talented and I am so lucky! Thanks guys!
I forgot about taking a camera to Isis but have 1 picture of the Gore gig...
